我晨早流流開始整紅豆栗子糕囉,今日天色唔好,件紅豆糕好難影啊
咩話?我以前整過,今次個食譜唔同架!係傳統食譜囉!
唔使整咁耐?個紅豆都煲成兩個幾鐘,然後仲要蒸丫嘛
有乜唔同?佢好味架!再加埋栗子,個紅豆自己煲香豆味好多囉!個食譜係事頭婆媽咪提供既
上次燒野食,事頭婆帶來比我地食,好好味
以前我整既用粟粉,今次用粘米粉,今次個複雜dd,要比心機煲紅豆囉
咩呀?整件嚟?有無食譜?
我新書既食譜都仲未諗掂,又寫食譜出來?等陣你地唔買書又話我個blog有,我仲使繼續有得寫書既?

紅豆 半斤
粘米粉 300g
冰糖 隨意
栗子 一磅
1.先將紅豆洗淨浸冰水,煲一煲水大約1500CC至2000cc,,煲滾水後,紅豆隔走冰水,趁凍倒落滾水中煲,大火滾起轉細火煲2~3小時
(紅豆起晒沙溶晒就可以)

2.栗子乾身放入微波爐叮45秒,趁熱脫栗子層衣,呢個方法比煲既好,一摔就脫架喇!然後放入煲紅豆個煲裡面一齊煲
3.煲好紅豆後加冰糖,視付口味加冰糖
4.粘米粉遂少加水至成漿,倒入紅豆沙中攪勻,然後蒸45分鐘
放涼切件入雪櫃食得,哼

大少奶 thank you for posting the recipe. This gives me something new to try over the weekend. The leaves here are changing color to amber, and slowly the weather is getting colder. Soon we will have snow. Any new book coming about about making warm food for only women? I am asking if you know of any new recipes for keeping women's body in good health during winter months and especially dealing with menstrual cycle. Thanks so much, again!
