未完成的Banoffee (星期一post完成品再後補食譜)





聽日契女芝士餅生日會,身為識整蛋糕既契媽,實要負責整蛋糕

但係個蛋糕明明餅餅無份食,但其餘幾個契媽同佢媽媽烏吱卻要我整banoffe

聽日個大閘蟹海鮮生日會要星期一先post

個生日蛋糕睇下花絮先

原來個拖肥醬係成罐鍊奶燉成架!好神奇

係用鷹嘜煉奶成罐燉兩個鐘,燉好就係拖肥醬

花絮,批底放拖肥醬再鋪拖肥,最後會加忌廉,聽日去到呀吱度先整個忌廉





完成品將會係咁,如果成功既話

  11. 用鷹嘜煉奶成罐燉兩個鐘? Oh, No, The 罐 contains lots of BPA gas. Under high heat, it will release even more toxic gas. Not recommend putting the 罐 into hot water to boil because it created toxic in the milk. It is very harmful for health. Hope you don't mind my honesty, but this is my area of research, and I often suggest people not to use microwave or eat canned food.
    [Gordon回覆01/03/2012 13:13:37]This is Dolce de leche for lazy people or when no time, a lot of chef do that. Can use 1 liter milk, 300 gram sugar, 5 gram baking soda, simmer in a pot until color is right. Add 5 ml vanilla at the end. Enjoy!
