酥皮三文魚磨菇湯,好好味啊,三文魚唔可以落太多
磨菇味濃郁呢

磨菇salami pizza
呢個pizza全個都脆又薄、所以大少爺好鍾意
新鮮磨菇配salami
Pizza材料唔需要多,太多就失去正宗pizza既感覺
兩款材料都已經夠好味
我要將大少爺由潮洲人變成外國人,哼!
<----before baking
Recipe:
Bread flour 200g
Plain flour 100g
Yeast 5g
salt 5g
water 180g
1. add water into flour & bread flour
2.mix & add yeast
3.mix & add salt
4.pull & fold for 3 mins
5. Leave for 60mins as fermentation
6.press the dough, pull to flat and punch holes
7 add top ingredients & add top fillings
8.ferment for 30mins
10.Bake in oven180 degree-25mins
